Last Updated: August 15, 2026 • Effective Version: v3.4 Global
1. Scope & Data Collection
Jesko Group ("Jesko", "We", "Our", or "Us") operates an international solar product distribution platform, bonded warehouse network, and engineering logistics hub across the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Pakistan, Hong Kong, and China. This Privacy Policy outlines the standards under which we collect, store, process, and safeguard commercial data and personal identification details.
Information We Collect Includes:
Corporate Identity Data: Company name, registration numbers, tax IDs (VAT/EIN/CNPJ/RFC), commercial trade references, and business addresses.
Commercial Procurement Requests: Bills of Materials (BOM), PVSyst yield analysis parameters, custom OEM specifications, container quantities, and delivery port requirements.
Contact & Representative Data: Executive names, official email addresses, corporate phone numbers, WhatsApp dispatch handles, and title designations.
Technical & Telemetry Data: IP addresses, browser types, session activity on our solar calculators, quote builders, and product spec downloads.
2. Commercial Data Utilization
Jesko Group utilizes collected information strictly for legitimate commercial renewable-energy distribution and logistics execution. We never monetize, rent, or trade corporate or personal data to third-party marketing brokers.
Securing direct factory production slots with Tier-1 OEM partners (LONGi, Jinko, Canadian Solar, Trina, Sungrow, Huawei).
Customs & Bonded Logistics
Fulfilling bills of lading, customs entry filings, freight insurance, and bonded warehouse dispatch across regional hubs.
RMA & Warranty Backup
Registering serial numbers for 25-30 year linear power performance warranties and managing rapid replacement claims.
3. International Data Transfers
Because Jesko Group operates regional bonded hubs in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Pakistan, Hong Kong, and China, commercial information may be transferred across international borders to facilitate container-load logistics and trade compliance.
All cross-border transfers are conducted under strict Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and encrypted communication channels ensuring equivalent privacy safeguards regardless of the regional destination.
4. Security & Encryption Controls
We maintain enterprise-grade physical, administrative, and technological security infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of commercial documentation.
Encryption at Rest & Transit: All web traffic is secured via 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Commercial databases are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Access to financial and customs records is restricted exclusively to authorized account managers and logistics dispatch officers.
To validate direct manufacturer serial numbers and execute 25-30 year Tier-1 warranties, necessary product allocation metadata is shared directly with authorized OEM partners (including LONGi, Jinko, Canadian Solar, Trina, Sungrow, and Huawei).
OEM partners are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) prohibiting the use of client project coordinates for independent direct solicitation.
6. User & Corporate Data Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD), corporate representatives and individual users maintain the following rights regarding their information:
Right to Access & Export: Request a complete copy of stored commercial quotes, BOM history, and account records.
Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate corporate, tax, or contact details in active trade accounts.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request full account deletion subject to legal customs record retention periods.
Right to Object: Opt out of non-essential commercial announcements and technical product updates.
7. Cookies & Web Telemetry
We utilize essential session cookies and privacy-preserving analytics scripts to maintain session state for solar quote calculators, active filter selections, and language preferences.
You can manage or disable cookie preferences directly through your web browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may limit interactive quote building features.
